EA Javelin Anti-Cheat Failing to Launch Battlefield 1

Hello,
For the past few months I have haven't been able to play battlefield 1 at all due to the EA Javelin Anticheat failing every time I launch the game. I am always met with the error "EA Javelin Anticheat encountered an error. Please restart your PC.: C:\Program Files\Ea\AC\EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe ( 7 ) ( 2 )" which is also linked below as a screenshot. I've tried everything I can think of, such as repairing the game, reinstalling the game, reinstalling EA anti-cheat, reinstalling and repairing the game through the EA javelin thing, restarting my PC, updating my drivers, running everything through administrator, etc. I got it to work for me ONCE yesterday (by reintalling EA anticheat) and I tried replaying again this morning and the error reappeared. This is incredibly annoying and makes the game completely unplayable for me.

13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-13400F (2.50 GHz)
16.0 G RAM
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 8GB VRAM

    Battlefield 1, bought on the Epic Games Store, launched via EA App (linked account). Windows also logs a matching Service Control Manager timeout (Event ID 7000/7009) when the EAAntiCheatService is started — it hangs for exactly 90 seconds and never responds.

    Already tried, all without effect: full clean reinstall of EA App + Epic Games Launcher + Battlefield 1; repairing the game; unlinking/relinking the Epic account to EA; Hyper-V/virtualization disabled; Windows Defender exclusions for the game and anti-cheat folders; Secure Boot confirmed enabled; TPM 2.0 confirmed active; no conflicting anti-cheat driver running (Vanguard/Easy Anti-Cheat stopped); Windows system files verified clean (SFC/DISM). No dual-boot/GRUB in the boot chain either.

    Worth noting this exact same error code (7)(1053) is also reported by players on Battlefield 6 and other EA titles using Javelin — looks like a shared bug in the anti-cheat component itself, not something specific to BF1 or to one installation.

    Offer ID: Origin.OFR.50.0000557 / Entitlement ID: 1022741251247, if that helps EA look at it server-side.
