EA Javelin anticheat has apparently been hacked

This morning at about half past seven Central European time I was playing conquest in Battlefield 1 on the server ˇˇ{PP} 24/7 Best vanilla maps. The server is located in Germany. There was a hacker there who was ruining everyone's game. He played as a sniper and mowed down everyone there in one shot. He had some kind of invisibility. If, despite the EA Javelin anticheat installed, someone managed to connect to the online game and successfully use cheats, then in my opinion someone had to break the EA anticheat or otherwise bypass it. As a regular player, I would be quite worried.

    If you come across a player you believe may be cheating, please use the in-game reporting tools whenever possible. In-game reports automatically include information that can help the relevant team investigate the report.
