EA live chat not responding after ~11 hours

I tried to purchase BF1 yesterday since is 50% off or something, but i couldn't. I made a case (#27747994) asking for help with that yesterday and i started a live chat the next day. They didn't respond for the first hour so I left the computer on and went afk. I just come back home and it is still "Thanks for Contacting EA! Please wait while we connect you to an EA Game Advisor.". I don't know when the sale is going to end and I'm worried that i will miss the sale (I know that maybe I'm just over reacting). This is the first time I try contact EA for help and so far this is the worst online service I've ever experience. I just want some help, anyone?

    I got it, finally. Still not sure what happened but the help with EA is really, really disappointing, not one has replied still. Hope next time if I have a problem, someone could help me solve it.

    @EA_ArchiI tried many times and it keeps saying that it doesn't work. So I tried to buy something else with the same credit card to confirm it works and it does. And now I don't know where the problem is.

    @EA_Archi Maybe you can explain why i don't have the game i just bought in my library and yes its been longer then 30 minutes its been about an hour i bought the premium version is the game not included in that?
