    Nothing much can be done except to continue talking with EA support. Nobody has the ability to help you with this specific issue on this forum.

Just another person being scammed by EA.
Boycotting their company entirely and indefinitely is the best option. They do things just like this ALL THE TIME and just censorship over it too.

You can attempt to go through the ea help website and find refund, they tend to bury it as absolutely far as possible, or even not provide the option entirely - at which point you nag them through other payment related options.
