could not communicate with bf4

sooo i seem to have found a way to fix this when you open task manager go to processes(2nd tab on top) and there should be a list of programs look for b4f.exe or some thing like that and close it/them has worked every time for me

P.s periods are for losers 

I am still having this problem and its down right heart breaking

fixed my problem. Reinstalled after deleteing EVERYTHING that had to do with bf4

CMD(Admin):

TASKKILL /f /im bf4.exe

Working Here!

what should i do, cmd was running as admin

I think the reason that might cause that failure can be from the browser. Either that or your computer might now be compatible to be able to start it. If it is then you can try to do the basic things like clearing cache and cookies which can slow down the browser and re-open browser and if that still does not work try restarting computer. I had the same problem as you.

If you have msi afterburner installed it is the 'rivatuner statistics server' that is preventing you from playing. if you uninstall it you can play single player. The rivatuner is not compatiable with 64bit apps. If the rivatuner is installed you will not be able to play bf4 32bit multiplayer. Once uninstalled you can play bf4 32bit multiplayer. I can not speak for nvidia users who play bf4 but i have a amd r9 280x. You will no longer be able to record bf4 with msi afterburner/predater because it relies on the rivatuner. The auther of the rivatuner said there will be no support for 64bit apps bacause it would cost to much to develope.

The above is based on my problems encountered with bf4.

I think if ound problem. Close your origin and then battlelog. Then start battlefield 4 from your desktop and choose server.
