If you are still suffering from the same problem. Consider the following
1. Rotate the connector cable from the router to your computer device. And sure to be of excellent quality🙂

SOLUTION (This is what worked for me, do not hate if it isn't working for you)
Step by step:
-Go to Control Panel
-Open Windows Firewall
-Open Advanced Settings (on lefs side of window)
-Other window will open and in it you have to go to Inbound Rules (Left side)
-On right side press New Rule, check "Port" and press next
-Set it as TCP (Should be checked automaticly) and press "All Local Ports" than press next
-Allow it (Not "Allow if secured", just allow I have other language in my OS so I have to tlanslate it on my own 😉 ) and press next
-All should be checked, if it's not, chech it all and press next
-Name it as you like and press Finish
-Do same thing but with UDP (New rule>Port>UDP+All>Allow>all>name>finish)
-Than go to Outbound Rules (Under Inbound Rules) and do same thing with TCP and UDP
Boom, it should work (it worked for me) I hope I've helped you.
Have a nice day.P.S. Sorry for all gramatic issues english is not a language that I use everyday (I use it about 5 times a week when I play multiplayer games 😃 ) but I try to master it 😉
last week i have this problem and i call my provider and i say that mast reset my connection......
and then was good.......[Edit: Caps Lock removed]

After 5 times of restarting the modem it doesn't work. It isn't ultimate solution... Even after allowing ports in firewall it doesn't work. Something is broken and someone don't want to repair this...

It obviosly that you re having network difficulties. Does the server wich you were on stays online and populated ? If so - just shut your download programs
if the server wich you were on goes offline - its attack on server and you can do nothing about that. Complain to server provider.
Just saying: Thank you! This worked for myself and my two mates with whom I've been wanting to play! Cheers bud!
