I recently bought Battlefield 3, to open it for the first time this error occurred, "Could not locate the entry point of the procedure DXGIGetDebugInterface in the dynamic link library dxgidebug.dll"
Shortly after this message, all updated drivers of the video card and directx, the error continues. I need your help, thank you.,

I did what you told me, I installed directx only that the message keeps popping up and the game opens then closes.
EA StaffMake sure that your Windows system is up2date with all the available service packs and updates that you can get via the Windows Update tool.
