Error Message- "An error was reported from EA Online"

I contacted EA help as like 18 or 19 times.... no1 is helping me.... they giving me silly sloutions.... i dnt know what to do please help me....

try reboot pc and try again if its EA problem means global you need to wait......

I have the same problem. I have tried : 
- changed my password, 
- uninstalled and re-installed Origin, 
- re-installed and manually synched punk buster, 
- and changed my login id to use a different email address. 
- also I tried installing battlelog in a different browser, IE and using that to launch the game. 

Last night I spoke with an ea support agent and he said he made the fix but I would have to wait an hour and try again. 
It has been 24 hours and I still have the message " An error was reported from EA online" when I try to join a multiplayer server. 

I can log in to origin and battlelog fine, but I cannot play any games. 

The problem started when I updated battlelog on 10/04/2012 yesterday. I did nothing else to cause this problem. I did not change my password or anything like that until after I had the problem. 
Going to open another ticket with EA support now...

I see, Apparently, we have tried all the possible fixes that should have fixed the issue. As it turns out none of the steps have resolved the issue so far and it seems that this case would need the intervention of the Expert Team. To get you an effective solution without any delay, I'm forwarding your case to the Expert Team.

i´m from Germany so i would be very glad to be answered in german to understand you at all.

First i want to mention i payed 100€ to be able to play that game in free time. That is a lot of money not to be able to play! Now i have the issue not to join the game. Origin is a **bleep**. First i reinstalled punkbuster and origin. Then i made a new password with no "?!/......". These options did not fix the problem in any case... but these solutions were mentioned by other gamers in battlefield. Why is origin invented? nobody need it at all!

I need a solution to play battlefield and a simple way to start a game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Further I do not understand why people around the world have these problems. It seems like DICE is not in the oposition to solve problems... problems with Origin are progressive around the globe and you have to recognize it... I did not have problems like these, since Origin exists, in my lifetime with games on Pc´s. Some people declare you as incompetent and i hope you can rebute this!

i have the same issue !

The subject says it all.... "AN ERROR WAS REPORTED FROM EA ONLINE".  Get this message every time I try to join a game. I know the computer and ISP are in fine working condition as a friend of mine logged in on my computer and played without issue. After multiple contact attempts at help.origin.com with a live advisor and no working solution from EA support you can imagine I am fairly irrate with this whole ordeal. Havent been able to really play the game in quite a few days now.

Anyone else found some sort of solution for this? I've tried the suggested change pw/account name fix, unfortunately it did not work for me. I fear EA support simply wont fix the issue, really bummed with how they treat their customers.
