Hi everyone, it's been 3 months since this error, and is still happening to me. Does anyone knows how can i solve it?
Just letting you know that I’ve had the same issue for over 12 months now. I finally got my ticket escalated after painstakingly following every troubleshooting step that EA support had asked me to follow. I’ve been told that the escalated team will be looking into this but was given no ETA on resolution.
