Failed to connect to ea online.

I am on PS5, I play normally online multiplayer with no issue. The problem is, no matter what, I don’t get any xp or level up anything at all after a game. I can’t level up my player, my classes, weapons, nothing. I don’t understand what this is. And when I go to the battlefield menu and tap on “help” it says failed to connect to ea online. How is this possible? I’m playing online normally but at the same time I can’t level up anything at all. Also, every time I finish an online game, when it’s supposed to show you like a recap screen with your progress, how much you progressed the class you were using etc, it says “unranked game” and I get no xp at all. Any solutions?

    Hello xarhs131x,

    The issue could only be related to playing on servers that are not ranked. Are you your are playing on ranked servers?

    I don’t even know how to check this. It happens on both official dice servers and custom. You can see the servers on the picture I posted. Plus there’s no indication anywhere about ranked or unranked servers.

    Hi xarhs131x

    I suspect that this is related to the server issues that have been reported here for the past few weeks. It appears to affect EU PlayStation servers from what I gather, so you might be able to progress by playing US ones temporarily (if that's an option for you of course).
