This Has happened to me also. I never even got a prompt to do any of the above. I did however have to wait about 6hrs for all my DLC to download and install only to find out I have to start from starch. I cant believe a company as big and successful as EA cant just swap it over. If it was soooooo sensitive and important to say yes to a prompt (that never occurred) then all the retail outlets that sell your games should be made aware so they can tell the customer just how important it is.
I have been waiting now for 1hr 26min and counting to be connected to EA live chat and still nothing. Tried sending an e-mail but for what ever reason it wont send.
My platform is PS4 and I would appreciate it if you could sort it out ASAP!
I would also like to add, I have just spent nearly £400 on my bundle so if you think I'm not going to play online until you guys can be arsed sort the problem out think again.
