Forgot my password of Origin account and email

So i forgot my origin's password and of my email so i cant change the e-mail because i dont know the password and i can do the recoverer of password because and don't know my e-mails password please help me with this i want to get in battlelog for battlefield 3 and i hope for battlefield 4, or could please just unlike my psn account to this e-mail [edit: email address removed]
