FPS Drops? (PC)

@ 30-31 seconds the FPS is fine running 60fps+ on high setting

32 sec the FPS starts to drop i notice the Voltage drops from 1.169 and mhz Drops to 900mhz which is normal because 1000mhz is the boost.

However at 33-37 Sec the mhz drops down to 501mhz which shouldnt happenand seems like voltage drops as low as 09.50 and the GPU load is significantly less 10-14%..  this is when my fps drops to 10-12 for 5-10 seconds.

38sec the fps goes back to normal and is fine till the next drop in fps which is randomly around every 2-5 minutes

My processor power min.. and max.. they are already 100%.. 

and my problem persists..

same god damn issue as the rest. Playing at lowest possible settings. 1024 (!!!) resolution, still I have these constant and insufferable FPS-drops and stutters. 

Regardless of the settings I put it in the in-build system analyzer tool pins me at low performance. 

Nvidia GTX 560 SE
6GB DDR3 RAM 
1TB HDD with 100gb free space.
Core i7 2.67ghz processor. 

I know its not an ideal rig for this game, but I should at least be able to play the game. 
BF3 plays smoothly at high settings with my native 1920x1080 resolution. 
This **bleep** is ridiculous. I tried the power-settings fix. No use. What the hell?
Probably can't even get a refund now as I bought it through Origin.

Just bought the game today and I am having the same issue. Battlefield 3 however runs just fine at 60 FPS on high-ultra settings. Really dissapointed that I have to keep playing the old game until they fix this issue. I am playing BF4 on low settings and I still get bad fps in both multiplayer and single player, so it just shows that the optomization is really bad right now.

OS: Windows 7 64 bit

RAM: 8GB

GFX: GTX 560

CPU: Intel i5

HD: 1 TB

I am running the latest Nvidia driver and I still get terrible random fps drops so I am forced to play on low which makes the game look GOD AWFUL. Please release to a fix to this as well as the crashing issues that are currently plaugueing this otherwise amazing game.

No matter what graphic set up I choose, it happens anayway. Game runs at 60 FPS fine then suddenly dips to like 1~15, and goes back to 60 again, causing major hanging. It's really annoying and happens every 5-10 seconds for half a second to 1-2 seconds.

Specs: Processor: i5-3570K @ 3.4 GHZ

RAM: 4GB 1333 MHz, upgrading to 8 soon.

GPU: 7850 1GB

Running with latest drivers and Windows 8.

I upgraded my ram to 2x4GB Corsair Vengeance and to a 2TB SSHD, I also reinstalled Windows. Now my problems is gone.

Same probs here 60-70 fps then 30-40 back up to 60-70 for while then down again please fix its unplayable
