Game breaking bug, cant move, throwing lures doesnt work. Map "Fall from grace"

I have a game Bug at the campaign level called "Fall from grace". I cant move.. At the start of this mission I am instructed to take the lure, which I do, and than throw it, which I do. But the germ...

Same here. On a PC. Cannot get any response from any control (mouse, keyboard, game pad) other then to pickup and throw lure. Will try the solder's "boot" thing.

Well I tried throwing the "lure" when soldier was not playing with his boot. No luck at that point. Left computer with game running and came back about half an hour later. Not sure what happened but game had advanced to next segment. I'm a happy camper now.
