I think something is wrong with server settings in your GT Lite client or what you use for control your server. Also, I recommend to contact Server Provider for additional information.
No it is a EA blaze issue and trying to get them to look at it is very hard. The server shows on Game tracker and is pingable...EA just hard headed when asking them to look into their own paths
