got baned by bfeac in Battlefield 1
What's wrong with this situation, Banned by bfeac.com, I checked the code . They said it might be I cheated on the game, but I never hack the game once can someone help me

If you have already reached out to our TOS team keep an eye on your EA account email for any communications. Please note, that not all bans will appear in your account's Ban History.
