Grahics driver "Please update your AMD radeon drivers"

I just installed my game. After running it the message appears. In the AMD program it says that I have 16.3 but after checking the device manager it said that I have 6.15 can someone help me? I have a (XFX) r9 280x. I contacted EA but no help so I was hoping that the comunity could help me.

The odds had started out looking good that your GPU had grown old, been declared a "Legacy", and no longer was offered any driver updates (that is, if you had been making the needed attempts to get a current official driver).  Your Radeon R9 280X should be as speedy, however, or even moreso, than the minimum.

You have looked in a wrong place to get an updated video package, or chosen to avoid keeping that PC updated correctly.
