Grenade Jumping

Will jumping on an enemy's grenade lessen the damage sustained by others around you? 

I know in CoD if you are directly behind someone when they activate a claymore, that you receive less damage. (or if you lie on a grenade.)

    I'm not sure to be honest. I have not tried to test it, but I have noticed that a grenade has been on the other side of a half wall from me and when it blew up it killed me so I'd have to guess no.

    Nope it doesn't but any how you reminded me the scene from movie Captain America where he do the same in order to save his team mates :P
