Had B2K, now it's gone.

I used to have Back to Karkand on my account. I have the BF3 limited edition installed - Quoted from the Battlefield website (http://www.battlefield.com/uk/battlefield3/1/back-to-karkand)

"The Back to Karkand expansion is available at no extra charge with the online-pass activation of the Limited Edition of Battlefield 3."

I have 8/10 of the B2k Weapons unlocked and currently available for use. On my soldier page (Gexay) you can see my assignments and "scarred veteran" clearly states that I have played 1h11m on Strike at Karkand.

I contacted support via live chat and spoke to Harish who informed me that Back to Karkand has never been on my account. When I sent him proof that the limited edition comes with B2K and a link to my stats page with the above info, he ended the conversation and said I will have to buy B2k.

Anyone mind telling me how I managed to unlock 8 weapons and play over an hour on a DLC I have never owned?

    For sure looks like you do own it @Geks111111. When you join a server it tells you that you need to buy it? Now the B2K DLC is bundled in with the base game install, so Origin sometimes won't show it in the game details for some people.

    When navigating to this page on your battlelog, does it say "You own this" or buy now? http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/store/pc/
