How can we get a refund for this game? I have done everything that was suggested and have not gotten above 40% in over 3 days. My latest attempt after doing everything suggested is stuck at 40% since 4:25pm est and it is now 8:30pm. First time i have bought a Battlefield game and certainly the last.
Refunds from a brick & mortar store is going to be hard. They usually have a policy that once it's opened, it's yours so you'd be selling it as used. Gamestop usually offers half or less of the value of the game for trade-ins.
For refunds from digital PSN purchase. You will need to contact Sony. I've never tried but I've heard horror stories to say the least.

No clue what country you are in and what your laws are.. how successful you are may depend on that. In the US the above is the case.
- I bought it in the US from Best Buy and yeah, they wont take it back. Sucks that the game looks good but wont install after 3 days and leaving te playstation on day and night. Never had this issuenwith any game ever before. Even had to shift things around just to hook up to my internet hardline.
