Help menu-Online features unavailable

Good afternoon, 

I am having trouble accessing the Help menu from the Battlefield 1 main menu, it keeps telling me 'Failed to Connect to EA , Online Features will be unavailable', and to go to the website.  I have not problem getting into servers.

Anyone know what could be causing this, and how to fix ?

    Hi @BumpyMcMuggles What platform do you play on and what have you tried so far?

    Also, just to check I've read your post right, you can play still?
