I have a problem in Battlefield 1 I brought short cut pack and I have the weapons but when I join match nothing is locked but when I go to soldier its unlucked.

Hi,
BF1 EU servers have been bugged for a month now. EA is supposedly looking into it but nothing to show as a solution for the errors for now. I have the same problem that unlocked DLC weapons can't be used in games and are locked even though I have unlocked them a long ago. Other players levels seem to be at 0 and the progression isn't saved at the end of the game on bugged EU servers. We just have to wait for EA to do something for this and for the time being, I'm playing on NA servers which seem to be somewhat okay. There is a little bit of lag but progression is saved and I can use every weapon. We just have to hope for quick resolve to EU servers from EA.
I have the same exact problem!
