Hi need help!

I'm playing campaign mode. I'm currently stuck at the mission KAFFAROV, objectives : gain entry to Kraffarov's compund, Infiltrate Kaffarov's villa. Im stuck at the place where they bots are going to check on my vehicle. there seems to be a bug that causes everyone to disappear when i exit the vehicle after shooting the enemy. when i exit the car is floating in mid air and all is gone except me & my bot mates. can someone help me please as i wanna complete the game but im stuck as there is a bug.  

can someone teach me how to insert the image so i can upload it to show it to you guys so that you guys might have a clearer view of what  my problem is.

    Sorry to hear about your issue, :robotsad:

    Does this happen on every mission or only on "KAFFAROV"? Have you tried to restart the mission as well as the game?

    Sometimes, a quick restart can get it to work again.

    Sometimes, a quick restart can get it to work again.

    same problem!but it doesn't work fine after the restart.what I can do with this?I really love this game.

    If you have any issues with Battlefield 3 please make a new topic about the issues you are having and what kind of steps you have tried to solve it.
