High ping, even in region (JP)? Other games are fine, internet is fine.

Hello! I'd just like to ask, is anyone else having these kinds of problems? I play on PC (Steam) and being somewhere in Asia, the best servers I can join are either HK or Japan, which I had pings of 50-70 ms and 90-120 ms, respectively. At least, in the past. Starting this week or so, I've noticed that whenever I try and join any Japanese servers, my ping is always at ~250-280ms. Sometimes it'll drop to 100 ms after maybe an hour or so, but not always. Hong Kong servers are fine at 50-70 ms, but I prefer Japanese [Community] servers, so yeah. Even on Oceania I get my usual pings (~150-170 ms). Ping is fine on other games like BF4 (60 ms on Singapore, 120 ms on Japan, 80 ms on Hong Kong). I already tried repairing the game on Origin, verifying files on Steam, uninstalling and reinstalling, and still no changes. Anybody else having this issue, or can anyone suggest fixes? Thanks!
