Hit Detection & Hacks

I'm clearly hittign targets but they always need ~15 bullet HITs to kill in HC. Headshots doesn't help.
They shot me down with 1-2 bullets. With not snipers.
& I mostly just spawn to Die on the moment.
With such unrealistic weapon behaviors, this game is really creepy if you're not simply sniping.

Also, what are the rules of being marked on the map?

Oh yeah, and it's so common that bolt action rifles are actualy shooting like an assault rifle, automaticly. Is that a hack?

P.s.: What can I do if I spot admins cheating and they ban me? Do they have the rights to ban anyone without real reason?
