@DombiLiiiThat is the mortar variant of the artillery truck. You simply buy it using Warbonds on the deployment screen during a match (you can do this on an empty server), or you can use the BF1 companion app with the steps below:
i am sending you to photos but there is no option to buy this truck. there no varriants to choose you can see there
@DombiLiiiI've recorded you a video on my Xbox which will show you how to access it. Since I already own it I cannot show you that process, but if memory serves you would have the option to buy it with your Warbonds on this screen (assuming you don't actually own it already).

The custimize loadout option is not there for me, if i go to customize soldier i cant edit the loadout or buy packages for the tanks
