How do I connect a PS4 controller to play Battlefield 1 on a PC

My PS4 controller doesn't work on my PC edition of Battlefield 1. The controller works perfectly for Ghost Recon Wildlands. Can anybody tell me what I need to do to get it working for battlefield ...
