I see all these people with these emblems like these picture like things when they kill me. I feel like im the only one that does not have one. I would really like know how to make, get, and upload it into my BF4 on Ps3. Thank you.
You must create them on Battlelog.

Click on your name once signed in to get to your player, and then click on your player and on the right (next to where the soider picture is on your stats page) there is an option to edit your emblem. Once you create an emblem, it will automatically be on your solider on your PS3 for all to see.
