This is not true they will not help you unless you have access to the email address. They essentially lock your gamer tag from using any EA sports games.
So you havent been able to unlink your account or switch to new email ? Im currently going through the same thing
Nope. Everything I have found says it's impossible if you don't have access to the original email anymore (which I don't). Honesly, I've been thinking about creating a new Xbox account and starting over since I have no control over which EA account I want linked to my xbox account. It's like they've hijacked it and locked me out of one of my xbox settings. IMO, if I have access to the xbox live account, I should be able to switch which EA account I wanted linked with it, but it's the other way around.
