My email that use to be assigned to my Origin account was deleted, and I need to know how to unlink the account from my Xbox 360/Xbox Account, and then link my new account (the one I am using now) with the Xbox Account.Please reply.

Hi, unlinking accounts is currently only possible for Game Advisors. Please contact one of them via live chat or phone at https://help.ea.com/contact-us for further assistance. Also on a general note, you should not create a new account, all your game entitlements are tied to your account and by simply changing to a new account you might lose access to all your previous games. If the email address for your account is no longer in use, you can get it changed to a new one by contacting a Game Advisor. In this case I would strongly suggest to get the email address of your old account changed to a new one, instead of continue playing with the newly created Origin account.

I did try and contact one on three occasions, but I was hung up on before I could even finish a sentance each and every single time.

It would just be easier if they would allow us to unlink our xbox live gamertags on the account (unless you don't remember your account info) instead of having them do it for us, regardless of the safety issues. It's getting annoying because, everyone is going to keep asking you this question until you make it so that they can do it on their own. ☹️ Example, I have my facebook page connected to my current account. I am allow to unlink my facebook account anytime I please.

My brother has been using my EA account behind my back and I need to disconnect his Gamertag. Customer service from multiple companies(Activision, Microsoft, EA, .etc) has been complete crap either telling me that they can't give another product code(my Transformers: War for Cybertron code got lost in the 2011 Souris river flood[Activision]) or they have repeatedly, over multiple YEARS, told me the service hasn't beeen set up(that one was VALVe). I had just talked with EA customer service and they told me that their systems are down. LET US MANAGE OUR OWN ACCOUNTS EA!!!

Hi so I have battlefield on Origin for PC with a battle log account and I recently picked up battlefield 4 for my Xbox 360. I tried to link my gamer tag to battle log but I was unable to because it said that my gamer tag had already been registered to another account? I have no idea when or if I registered it in the passed. Is there anyway you or someone could help unlink the account?

hello i cant gain access to my designated email because yahoo.com doesn't remember it. so i cant read the emails so i cant change verify it. I've talked to at least 4 people and they keep telling me i need to get access the yahoo account but i cant because yahoo.com doesn't see it as an id anymore. so I'm at a loss. can anyone help me please?

Spent several hours with a game advisor to unlink my PSN account from an Old Origin account. I was able to verify my info and they told me that can't unlink my account. Essentially EA is holding my PSN account hostage and there is nothing I can do about. I requested they delete my old account since I never use it and the games associated with it are long gone. Hoping deleting that account fixes my problem.

Same here, my live id used to be an old msn account that I thought was changed everywhere before I switched it to a outlook.com account. Nope, I used it on a old ea account and when I purchased ea access on xbox one it automatically linked it to the old msn account that I don't remember the password to. I don't even wanna deal with it...
