How do you change the Scope's setting from Tap to Hold?
I know this question sounds 'Lame', but I cannot find how to do this in my "Options". I know that it's 'There'; I just can't find it...

It's okay... with the amount of options, sometimes even the simple things can be missed. Anyway, about the location of this option... open the in-game menu. Once you're there, go to Options and open Gameplay tab. Weapon zoom settings are the first thing from the top. Here is the screenshot (I have it set as 'click button', but 'hold button' is there too, I just prefer the former):
