How to change the language in the russian version of Battlefield 3

hello. I have a small problem .. I have the Russian version of Battlefield 3 .. but I'm from&nbsp; Chile. and I speak Spanish and some English . and really do not understand almost anything in the game .. everything is in Russian. audio and text. there any way to change the language? because the game only has the Russian language...there any official patch to change the language?

HeyYou should go to origin and in the settings try change language to that you would like, so later orign going to download all related files with your chosen languageRegards
