How to fix: "Invalid License. Reason code = Missing DLL: dxgi.dll Function: CreateDXGIFactory1" ?

I just bought this game and have been trying to fix this problem for ages now. I've seen other posts about this problem and none of these "fixes" work what so ever. I have re-instaled directX like 10...

    Hey , I have the same issue . But my systems old . Vista home premium. It won't let me install direct x 11 . What to do now ?? Any one have this issue . Please help . Ea techs ... Any one
