How to get refund for BF1 rented server

I rented a server but it is unusable due to the glitches on European servers lately such as crashing when selecting vehicles, resetting ranks to 0, resetting weapon assignments and DLC weapons etc. How can I get a refund for my server seeing as I can’t use it.
