How to unban a battlelog account?
My friend's battlelog account has banned 1 hours ago. My another friend reported him for a joke, he wrote an unacceptable reason for reporting but this reason taken seriously and my friend's battlelog account has banned for nothing.That was a clear mistake of punkbuster system or other ea moderators, I don't know everything about reporting system of battlelog but that is a clear mistake.It should be fixed.
Besides my friend is a competitive player and he really needs his battlelog account.His clan-mates can't contact with him easily.He is a part of this community and he incurred that misfortune.
My aggrieved friend's PSN ID is "IIcrosS_" and his Orgin and Battlelog ID is "IIcross" and the reporter's PSN ID is "yusufbekir" and his Orgin and Battlelog ID is "AyranPAWA".Both are my real friends, we couldn't guess that situation will happen.

I've looked into this and according to the logs your friend was never banned from Battlelog. His presentation was hidden due to some inappropriate content, but this does not interfere with the ability to communicate on Battlelog or playing the game.
Please let him know that he can contact a moderator on Battlelog or simply reply to the thread here, and we will be able to unhide his presentation again after he has removed the inappropriate content from his profile (and I'm pretty sure he will know what I'm talking about 🙂).

Where can he find this inappropriate content rules? I'm sorry about him but his English level isn't enough to debate this problem and I'm here for him. Are there any list of the rules that we can find easily?
If I understand it, you're saying:
1- Find the inappropriate content
2- Delete and arrange the presentation
3- Get in touch with me or another moderator
