@OnSync It doesn't work and why tf should we struggle to play a game that we bought? EA must get their crap together and fix this!

IT has been months and the same issue. Looks like EA is ignoring the issue. I have called customer service several times and it seems like they are all brain dead on any issues. They can only read the same troubleshooting steps over and over with absolutely no troubleshooting skills. There is no information from EA at all. I can see many other people on the servers. Does anyone know if it is a demographic issue? Maybe we should start a class action lawsuit.

I know this is old. But the way I got my game to run was by running it in compatibility mode for Windows 8. No more crash and no more asking for update.
