I am getting errorState:12 while launching Battlefield 1.

When launching Battlefield 1, a pop‑up window suddenly appears showing that EA JAVELIN has encountered an error with error code 12, and then the program closes.
This issue started on August 30th. I have been unable to launch the game for a whole week. I have not found any other players online reporting the same Error Code 12. This problem occurs on both my laptop and desktop PC at two different locations. I hope the engineering team can help resolve this issue.
