Solved

I bought Battlefield 3 - Premium edition cd key from Code4Games store.Then I used the code but it didin't come up to my gamelist. When I try to use the code again it says it's been used.

    lol I made a stopid mistake. I bought only the add-ons and not the full edition. mystery solved

Contact Code4Games about this issue and they can help you further. Try to repair Origin as well as restart your computer.
