I bought Battlefield games but i cant play

I bought Battlefield 1-3-4-5 games last night like 7/8/2025 22:00 PM after at 8/8/2025 02:00 AM i downloading battlefield 5. This morning like 10:30 AM I opend my computer and ea app i cant saw my games.This is my problem also, the money had already been withdrawn from my bank account.
