I can't connect to servers on Battlefield 4 pc version

When I launch Battlefield 4, I am in the online main menu like always. However, two days ago I did that, and I noticed that my "Favorite servers" were not loading. I waited a few minutes but nothing ...

I have this problem for long time. what should we do??? have the game and cant play it is really annoying. we pay for the game.
