This is AHQ, not EA. The Help Center is on one website, and AHQ is on another. We do not offer official support for any EA games here, we discuss them, gamer to gamer, all totally unofficial.
It is my own opinion you should be on the line to the Game Advisers getting this massive screwup sorted to your satisfaction.
I contacted EA support and they said that they could see BF4 on my origin profile. They also said that I was going to see it soon. I'll just wait 🙂

Thanks, we are workiing towards getting this resolved for everyone. Just in case yours is a random local issue, restarting your origin completely(as in choose to shut it down manually) may to help expedite the process.

I have the same problem and support people say they are working on it but that does not help WANT A SOLUTION!
