I can't play Battlefield 3

Hi there,

I wanted to revisit the nostalgia of Battlefield 3 after watching battlefield labs.
I launched EA, opened battlelog, joined a server but it stuck on joining then it says "we couldn't activate Battlefield 3" on my account.
Keep in mind, I played the game few months ago and it has been in my account for 11 years now.

I had a chat with EA support agent and they tried to resolve it for me but it didn't work. So, they told me to post here to let other players and the community manager that's an issue might other players are facing.

Anyone having this issue?
