You should try launching the game directly through the EA app. Even if you purchased it on Steam, it can still be launched from the EA app. If the product key issue persists, it's best to contact EA Support for assistance.
If i launch it from ea, steam opens, and then battlelog. I already tried to get help from support, but they didnt help me at all
