I do not receive any emails of EA in my main account

Hello EA users,

I have a problem with recieving emails from EA in my main account of Gmail. I don't know why, I don't know how, but I don't receive any. The only emails I have received are from EA Help. I attached some pictures that, confirm that I haven't received any emails except for the EA Support email. I would like to say that I have received emails from EA in my alt account.

    If you're still getting that error I suggest contacting EA Customer Support at help.ea.com, choose the "call me" feature so you don't have to wait on hold for an eternity and then the CSR can change the email on your account from their end.

    I would also like to state that I have tried changing my email, but on this day (18/08/22) I still can't because I did 3 days ago.

    @fregames07 I had that issue with my main email account and was unable to correct the issue. However when I switched my Origin account from Yahoo to Gmail I suddenly began receiving emails.

    @ragnarok013 The problem is that my main account is from Gmail, and trying to change it results in "You've tried again many times, try again later."

    @ragnarok013 I did, and EA Help changed my email account, but somehow when I changed it to the email I did receive emails, it stopped receiving them. I don't know what to do anymore
