I have never been able to access my battlelog, I would like for that to change

  When I played in the Battlefield 3 beta I had a different email address(tommyrot92@yahoo.com) then the one I have currently, but when battlefield 3 had officially come out I had switched to the email address i currently have (masterchiefer69@hotmail.com). Everytime I have tried to access battlelog it denies me access and says I am not using the proper login info. It then tells me I need to check the battlefeed section of the game's main menu to find out what email my battlelog is connected to. It wouldn't be so big of a deal if I remembered the password for the email, but what can I say I'm only human. I have talked with EA support about this through a live chat with no help what so ever. The person just said that there was nothing they could do without proof of ownership. I have pictures that would help to show that the issues I'm having but it wont let me post them in this message. The most upsetting part of all this is that I bought PREMIUM the week it came out and even though i bought it I haven't been able to access any of the content specific to battlelog. I would love to have this problem sorted out before Battlefield 4 comes out.
