I play BF4 on PC and now X1 how do I link?

Hi I recently just got my Xbox 1 and am interested in playing BF4 on it. I am lvl 62 on the pc with premium and was wondering how do I connect my xbox to my Pc? I understand that I won't have the same levels and will have to start over but I heard I don't need to buy premium for multiple devices and would rather not do that in the first place.. 

So I made a origin on the X1 because it wouldn't let me use my current one and couldn't do anything else if I didn't create a new id.

What do I do now?

    You don't, you should use the same account for both.

    Then you sadly heard wrong. Premium or anything else don't carry between platforms. So going from PC --> X1 = you starting from scatch with everything (except your ea account)

This mean most of the people helping are users like yourself and thus we unfortunately cannot help with account and/or billing issues like this one. I would Instead suggest contacting an EA Advisor by going to https://help.ea.com/contact-us

    You will have to write some keywords about your problem, then fill out product, category and platform, press “Find Solutions” and then “I Still Need Help”. Then your contact options will appear. If live chat/phone does not appear, it might be closed in your area at the moment and you might consider changing it to: “United States” or something else in the language selector in the bottom of the page for a better result.

  • Carbonic is 100% correct! What you should do is have all of your soldiers under one Origin account - personally I have 4 platforms for BF4 under my one Origin account. Since you made a second origin account for Xbone you can contact a Game Advisor and he can merge your two Origin accounts into one Origin account. You can reach a game advisor here:

    2 Make sure you are logged in (top right corner)
    3 Click on the blue button "Contact a Game Advisor"
    4 Enter the name of your game or product (or "Origin" for account-related issues) and click "Find Solutions"
    5 Select the type of issue and the platform you play on, and click on "Find Solutions".
    6 Click on the blue button "I still need help" if the FAQ articles do not apply to your situation.
    7 Select a contact option. Note that you may get different contact options depending on your country.

    I recommend that you use the telephone option and the “call me” option so you don't have to stay on hold for a long time (call back feature available to North America only).
