Hi ieatatwendys,
If you received no product confirmation or anything similar after your purchase, what you need to do is as follows:
1) Sign into your PayPal account and find the Transaction ID that has been applied to your purchase.
2) Go and speak to a Game Advisor via www.help.ea.com
3) Present to them this Transaction ID, and they will pass it onto the relevant people and ensure that you receive your purchase in a timely manner!
