I redeemed a code from g2a and the game did show up in my games

So I bought a game on g2a and I redeemed the code on origin. The game didn't show up in the my games section of origin and when i reentered the code it said it had already been used. I need help!

    Did you bought G2A shield also when you bought the game?

    If so e-mail G2A and they will help you get a new code or give the money back.
