i bought bf4 on 360 and then went on to buy it on xbox one and then purchased premium,problems from the start. i can hardly ever play it when it does it crashes check my network it says, perfect nothing wrong with it . i want my money back the product which you have been selling is unfit for anyone what a waste of time .
i cannot search server browser puts me in que of 10/10 in an empty lobby

It is ridiculous! I have the same problem with joining a game. It either says it can't find a server when I try to join or it simply says nothing at all! Also I try the server browser feature and it provides a list of hundreds of games being played but every single one of them says there is 1/64 or 1/30 or some bull crap! My NAT type is open and I am hard wired to my internet so its not my connection or wireless internet. I know the people that made this game are probably well off in the wallet and don't mind spending seventy bucks on a crap game but most of us can't afford to buy something that doesn't work. Nobody buys battlefield four to play the campaign. i have had others and have never played the campaign, we buy it for the multiplayer. You say its the best shooter and war game ever on your website but so far goldeneye 007 on my Nintendo 64 kicks its you know what!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would like my money back as well!!!!!!!!!!!!
P.S. On a side note I bought Tiger Woods 2014 on my 360 and that game is so freakin glitchy as well!
Campaign sucked.. badly.. without the patch you can't even play the last level!! The screen just goes white... This game is one of the WORST FPS I have ever played. Mutliplayer is okay at times and is only thing that keeps it from being THE WORST.
I would like my money back so I can buy AC4 or GTA5... or even madden 25... anything but this pile of crap.
Don't buy Madden because then you are just giving your money back to EA...
