@37tacolito I did not mention anti-cheat I stated that vote kick could be abused by salty players banning better players.

Random flags!
Here me out......
On a map that plays with 7 flags for example, each teams 2 home flags would always be fixed. The 3 'central flags' would be a random selection of 5 possibilities.
These flag locations would not be known to either team until you were either on it or it was fully capped.
It should be noted that flags would not change locations during a round for obvious reasons.
Just a thought.
